Serving: Suggested serving range is 1-4g up to 3 times a day. It is recommended that Slippery Elm Bark Powder is added to a large glass of water (300ml) as taking the powder with water increases effectiveness.
Contraindications: Pregnant women should not take Slippery Elm without talking to a medical herbalist first.
Quality & Manufacture: Indigo Herbs Slippery Elm Bark Powder comes from trees that have been harvested in the traditional way by herbal experts. The trees used are from a sustainable source and either scheduled to be cut down or grown specifically to be harvested for their bark. After the tree has been cut down, the outer bark is stripped and the inner bark harvested. The viscous inner bark is then dried in strips with only the best bark pieces used. The bark strips are then milled into a powder which is tested for foreign bodies and other chemicals before it can be packed and shipped.
