The best organic materials
We use 100% GOTS certified organic cotton twill. Our bolsters are designed with a cotton twill fabric, a robust weave, ensuring a long lifespan. It is soft and soothing to the touch.

Filled with kapok, providing a soft and supportive cushion and a natural alternative to polyester. Kapok fibre is made from the fluffy seed pods of the ceiba tree. It is silky smooth to touch, insulating and springy.

How to use a yoga bolster
Yoga bolsters can be used to support any yoga practice, but they are predominantly used for restorative and yin yoga. Mini bolsters are perfect to support the head and neck in supine postures, for use under the shoulders or in the small of the back.

Product care
The outer cover is machine washable at 40 C. You can tumble dry on a cool setting and iron on a warm setting. The inner pillow cannot be machine washed, but it is naturally resistant to mould and mites.
