Smart & Sassy Oil - Grounding Blend - doTERRA

With Smart & Sassy oil, it’s all in the name! Its unforgettably warm and sweet scent gives Smart & Sassy® essential oil blend an aromatic personality all its own—and you’ll notice it with just a single drop. Tart citrus essential oils (Grapefruit oil and Lemon oil) combine with just the right notes of spice essential oils (Ginger oil and Cinnamon Bark oil) and a touch of Peppermint oil for an essential oil blend that delivers a bright, uplifting scent and a smart burst of essential oil flavor. Smart & Sassy blend can even be used topically to add a pleasant, warming sensation to a massage while you inhale deep breaths of its motivating aroma.

Uses

1. Massage: Combine two to three drops of Smart & Sassy oil with Fractionated Coconut Oil and massage into desired areas for a warming effect on the skin. Focus on the stomach and hips if massaging before or after a meal, or on the legs and thighs if massaging after a workout. 
2. Infused Water: Add five drops of Smart & Sassy oil to your go-to reusable water bottle for a refreshing and flavorful beverage and a taste that will encourage hydration all day long.
3. Herbal Tea: Combine two drop of Smart & Sassy oil blend with a tablespoon of honey in a mug of warm water to create an herbal tea with an invigorating taste and aroma to enjoy in the morning, mid-day, or evening.
4. Diffusion: Add three to five drops of Smart & Sassy oil to your favorite diffuser to freshen the air in your home and provide a sweet, spicy aroma for an uplifting atmosphere.
