11 green foods: Pre-sprouted activated barley, wheat grass, quinoa, barley grass,

4 Mushrooms: Reishi, Maitake, Cordyceps, Shiitake
8 fruits and berries: Acai berry, bilberry fruit, lemon peel, apple, Acerola cherry,

7 vegetables: Beet, carrot, tomato, kale, parsley, green cabbage and spinach leaf.
