Being a new mum can be daunting so we have put this box together to help you survive during the harder times. We couldn’t fit in all of the essences that you might need but we feel this selection will cover lots of issues that arrive with motherhood.

Flower Essences are perfectly safe to use whilst pregnant and breastfeeding as well as for giving to babies and small children.

30ml Easy Sleep spray - in our own pure lavender hydrosol for misting both you and your baby to calm and relax

Easy Sleep is in Lavender hydrosol and contains the following essences:
White Chestnut - for removing unwanted thoughts
Red Chestnut - against worrying about others
Wild Garlic - to feel safe and protected
Speedwell - to slow right down
Oak - to rest and recharge
Cherry Plum - soft calmness
Dandelion seed (a new essence) - to help you drift away

Base: Organic Vodka

Our range of ready made flower essence blends help support you on your journey in today’s complex and ever changing world. They are tried and tested mixes of our single flower essences that have proved beneficial to many over the years and are in 30ml tamper proof bottles.

If you want to take more than one blend in the same day we suggest you leave at least 4 hours between each one.

Using Essences:

• Our essences can be used straight from the bottle. Just place a few drops directly under your tongue morning and night or as your intuition tells you.
• For help changing long standing behaviour patterns they can be taken twice daily (or more often if this feels right) for several weeks.
• They are completely safe to give to children from birth upwards and work just as well diluted into water or a cold drink.
• For treating your pet, put a few drops in your animal’s drinking water or put approximately 10 drops, with water, in a mister bottle to spray around your animal.
• Adding a dropperful to your bath or mixing them into your face cream is also a very effective way of absorbing essences although of course they don’t smell.
• Essences are completely safe to use while taking other medicines, homeopathy, during pregnancy or while breast feeding as they contain no material matter - just the energy of the plant.

About Saskia's Flower Essences:
I have been working with flowers at different levels for my whole life. As a professional gardener for more than 30 years, and florist to HRH Prince of Wales for many years. I started making flower essences in 2003 with my friend and business partner for a long time, Christine Felce, after we discovered how incredibly effective and simple they are to make and desperately needed them for ourselves and our families.

I am continually fascinated by how plants and humans interact and the wisdom they have to share with us. My deep love, friendship and knowledge of the flowers has continued to grow as I discover just how powerfully their energy affects and interacts with us.
