• Shiitake Mushrooms have been used in Japan and South East Asia from over 1000 years. They contain a number of beneficial compounds which protect cells from oxidative damage, help reduce cholesterol levels and support cardiovascular health.
• Chaga mushrooms are commonly found in cold climates, such as Northern Europe, Siberia, Russia, Korea, Northern Canada and Alaska. Chaga may help to fight inflammation, help to lower blood sugar levels and help to lower cholesterol.
• “Maitake” means dancing mushroom in Japanese. The mushroom is said to have gotten its name after people danced with happiness after finding it in the wild, due to its incredible healing properties.
