Whether it’s through community, nature, food, curiosity, spirituality, maybe even untethering, we find well-designed initiatives that can lead to more good days. We're interested in the *places* we can go and the resources available to help us navigate our lives well. Our focus is on the independent and unexpected from locally-owned shops and interactive exhibits to awe-inspiring natural landscapes and meet-ups you never knew you needed.

Collectively, we are struggling with our mental and emotional health, and are increasingly isolated as we do so. The things we need most in our lives — such as connection, meaning, nature, purpose — can sometimes feel hard to find, and even harder to access. The places in the world that we love — museums, cafes, co-working spaces, bookstores, live music venues, etc. — are struggling, too. If Lost, Start Here sits at the intersection of these two issues.
