Sacred Roots blends the healing powers of reishi and chaga mushrooms, and organic herbs with the nutritional goodness of cacao to create a delicious drinking chocolate that nourishes body and mind. A powerhouse of natural minerals, antioxidants and wild medicine, it’s something of a super fuel for humans.
Cacao is the perfect partner to the deep, earthy flavour of mushrooms. Packed with flavonoids, it has been shown to help lower blood pressure, improve blood flow to your brain and heart, and help prevent blood clots. The antioxidants in cacao may also affect how your body responds to insulin, which can lower your risk of diabetes.
Reishi mushrooms contain hundreds of biologically active molecules which are known to support the wellbeing and longevity of the cardiovascular system and brain. A powerful anti-inflammatory, they alleviate the symptoms of stress and allergies, support hormonal balance and promote healthy sleep. Chaga Mushrooms have been used for hundreds of years to alleviate digestive issues, manage blood sugars, lower high cholesterol, and promote healthier hair and skin.
Bringing flavour and goodness in equal measure are also: maca root powder, traditionally used to balance hormones, enhance libido, boost fertility, and increase energy; cinnamon, said to be anti-inflammatory; cardamon, to promote good digestive health, reduce high blood pressure and help the body detox; pink Himalayan salt containing vital minerals and said to help the body detox; and coconut sugar, a natural sweetener with a lower GI than sugar.
Sacred Roots makes the perfect cocoa substitute, so works well in chocolate cake, mixed with coconut milk for a decadent rice pudding, in energy balls, biscuits or in raw chocolate goodies for healthy and hearty snacks.

Directions
Mix 1-2 tbsp with a little milk of your choice to form a paste. Warm the rest of the milk and blend with the paste using a hand whisk or blender for a restorative and nourishing drink. Take a mindful moment to enjoy.

Sweet Bee Organics started very humbly with one product, sunscreen! We had one employee and simply made a good quality organic sunscreen out of our home. As we grew, the house was bonkers and always filled with sunscreen, laughter and loads of packing boxes!!
In the summer of 2019, I (Hollie), the owner and founder, was diagnosed with an aggressive form of cervical cancer. The tumour was big and I opted to have a radical hysterectomy to remove the tumour, but opted out of the chemo and radiation that was recommended. I, instead, decided to use natural medicines, herbs and diet to stay in remission. I also made a promise to myself that if I survived this, I was going to make Sweet Bee Organics into something bigger, and so I did!
Sweet Bee's next product was Winter Wellness and it was a huge hit. From there, we have just been so inspired by everything we make. Everything is made to make you feel good from the inside out and the outside in.
Recently, we have focused the huge responsibility of sourcing our ingredients directly from farmers.
We have some of the greatest staff members who are totally dedicated to producing exceptional products that are high-vibe and WORK!
We use only the highest quality ingredients in each of our products and scour the planet for the BEST and fairest producers. When we can, we use local herb farmers to continue to grow our local community.
